The European Law
The European law means practically the law of the European Union, in short "the EU law". The latter term is more precisely as it makes clear that countries outside the EU are not - fully - included though they lie on the European continent.
The main challange while handling cross border cases is to detect the relevant EU rules and in the next step the proper application within the legal frame of the national provisions.
